"At a young age I knew I wanted to be a tattoo artist one day. I was always into tattoo art growing up.

 

One day I started out drawing flash designs for local shops in high school, with the hopes of being apprenticed upon graduating; but the birth of my first child my senior year put that on hold for a few years. Then in 2008, when I took a layoff from a dead-end job, I took the opportunity to take the plunge into the tattoo world.

 

Learning all I could on my own, I was taken under the wing of a handful of local veterans in the tattoo industry. They went on to help me acquire the knowledge of how to tattoo, machine building, tuning the business of tattooing, and went on to hone my skills into a well-rounded multi award winning tattoo artist of all styles. From fine line, to traditional, bold color new school, to realism, and everything in between.

 

I've been tattooing since 2008 in local shops. Finally, it was time! In 2013 I took the leap and branched out to open my first shop. Over the years, with a few changes in crew members, locations, and a rebranding in 2016, it brings us to where we are today, GRAVESIDE TATTOO!

With more than 15 years of professional tattooing experience, Justin specializes in black and grey realism, wildlife, portraiture, large-scale custom work, and detailed custom designs. His versatility and technical experience allow him to take on a wide variety of projects, from small meaningful tattoos to full-day custom sessions.

As the owner of Graveside Tattoo & Piercing, Justin enjoys working closely with clients to create custom artwork that is both visually impactful and built to stand the test of time. Whether you're looking for a realistic memorial piece, a large-scale project, or a fully custom design, Justin is committed to delivering high-quality work in a professional and welcoming environment.
